Co Parenting at Christmas and Holiday Season: How tough it is.

This is a difficult time of year in the southern hemisphere as school is breaking up, with end of year concerts, graduations, and celebrations. Everyone is exhausted from the year that has just passed in a flash and dealing with the emotions that arise on a daily basis for every little thing.

There is always one parent that is hurt more than the other and that is the fact. If they part with kindness and grace ( that never happens, that is a lie). There is always one carrying the hurt and pain more than another. They suck it up, muscle on for the sake of the children. These are the parents I speak to for your ability to step out of Hertzian energy of revenge and honour, to stand tall, take the hits with the illusion of not being hurt, while you sit in the auditorium alone, watching feeling the joy of the little one before you. Depressing the feeling of “What if and Why” , then using the joy of the kid before you to fill your heart with the leaking of energy as pain of missing the happy family illusion foods over you.

May you be blessed with the joy of Christmas Vibration of love and kindness to wash away the hurt, then forge on to find love within you for your strength and courage. This will resonate with that child when they look back at your ability to do so.

To the people who don’t co parent well! Maybe it is time to lay down the anger, hurt, self loathing and use the same Christmas Vibration to benefit your Inner angst, find love and kindness to your past partners and just Love what is before you for the children’s future emotional development.

You get to choose! That is the gift of God! Your get to Choose how you respond with your emotions. Take the higher road and Take a bow! Use this energy to heal.
