All workshops will be available by e Learning as under construction. I am very excited as this world event has created space to revamp and Re Calibrate the updated techniques to share with you for this changing world.
In the meantime with social isolation. You can exercise by doing the Twin heart Meditation Prep exercises twice a day. This enables you to work every muscle in the body in a confined space, with no special equipment.
I suggest you continue on to do the Twin hearts Meditation once a week to enable your metaphysical anatomy to function at its optimum to protect your physical body.
