Hi There: I have put together a little destress for kids. You will find it under meditation tab.
It can be found in Meditation tab It has come about from demand of so many unique kids, having issues with concentration and adapting to home schooling. Plus a couple of girls who wanted to do the twin hearts meditation with their mum, as it not advised, we decided to make one for them. I was going to do a modified version. But the universal guidance had other ideas and this is what we rolled with for children to use at their will and have to aid destressing themselves.

Children and Teens often cannot express their feelings as they do not have the vocabulary. Their behaviour is the indicator. When we are stressed, the children feel it.
They will need a ball or inflated balloon and piece of paper with a blue triangle drawn on it to put at their feet. Good luck and hope this helps
